Health Plans

Minimum Essential Coverage Preventative Plan when you first start working:

Temporary Associates working more than 17.5 hours per week are eligible to enroll in a preventive care plan that satisfies the Affordable Care Act's Individual Mandate. You are eligible on the first of the month following 60 days from date of hire.

Note: The Minimum Essential Coverage Plan meets ACA’s individual mandate.

Group medical plans when you become eligible based on full-time status:

Eligibility for group medical coverage:

  • Temporary Associates - 12 month waiting period from the first assignment date with no gap exceeding 13 weeks during the 12 month period (and no assignments 13+ weeks prior to the assignment start date). If 130 hours per month average are worked during that 12 month waiting period, you are eligible for a major medical group plan benefits which will take effect the first day of the 14th month after you began an assignment with our Company. Other eligibility criteria applies.
  • All other Associates – if you were hired specifically to work on an assignment anticipated to be active 13 weeks or longer and working an average of 30 or more hours per week, you are eligible for a major medical group plan benefits on the first of the month following 60 days. Other eligibility criteria applies.
  • You will receive an enrollment invitation to your personal email address on file when you are eligible to enroll.

Note: Group medical coverage plan is comprehensive coverage that meets the ACA’s minimum value and affordability requirements.
